Delivery

Our processing time for orders is currently 1-3 working days. Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked48 (2-3 business days). We have a postage upgrade option at the checkout if you want your order sooner. Orders over £30 receive free tracked shipping.

 

📣 Last posting dates for Christmas 2025 🎄 the last posting date for UK orders is Friday 19th of December 2025 for Tracked48 and Saturday 20th of December 2025 for Tracked24 (express) ✨ We can still post after these dates, we just can't guarantee delivery by Christmas. 🤍

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order and one of the Spellbound team will be happy to help. We aim to reply to all emails in 24 hours.
