Delivery

Our processing time for orders is currently 1-3 working days. Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class (2-3 business days). We have a postage upgrade option at the checkout if you want your order sooner/tracked. Orders over £30 receive free tracked shipping.

 

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard, a 6-7 working day service. International orders can face customs delays (please be aware of this if contacting us about your order, especially during busy periods). We have an upgrade option for end-to-end tracking available at the checkout - please consider purchasing this option if you want shipping updates. International orders over £50 receive free international shipping.

 

📣 Last posting dates for Christmas 2024 🎄for international orders it is the 6th of November 2024 and the last posting date for UK orders is the 18th of December 2024 for Second Class (standard) and Friday 20th of December 2024 for First Class (express) ✨ We can still post after these dates, we just can't guarantee delivery by Christmas. 🤍

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order and one of the Spellbound team will be happy to help. We aim to reply to all emails in 24 hours.
